| We instill these qualities through a mixture of hands-on, irreverent and unusual workshops where everyone gets to ‘try as they learn’; through toolkits and communication processes that make putting theory into practice easy; and through ‘live’ on-the-job coaching.
We fervently don’t believe in a classroom-only based approach to learning, where everyone goes through the sheepdip, makes copious notes in their pads, stares at the impenetrable flipchart diagrams being presented and then promptly forgets everything they ‘learned’ within a week.
Changes and improvements need to stick. Otherwise, why bother?
